- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or systems
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or networks
- Breaching or circumventing authentication or security measures
- Accessing data or systems not intended for you
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Introducing viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other malicious code

3. AI Service Acceptable Use
If you use our AI-powered features (rule generation, recommendations), you must comply with additional restrictions:

- Malicious Prompts: Submitting prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Prompt Injection: Attempting to manipulate AI models through prompt injection attacks
- Model Extraction: Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer AI models
- Excessive Usage: Generating excessive AI requests to abuse or overwhelm the system
- Automated AI Abuse: Using automated tools to generate AI requests without human oversight
- Competitive Intelligence: Using AI features to gain competitive intelligence about our AI systems
3.2 AI Output Responsibility
You Are Responsible: You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and implementing AI-generated outputs. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You must not blindly implement AI-generated rules without human review and validation.
4. Shipping Carrier API Acceptable Use
When using shipping carrier integrations (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS), you must:
- Comply with each carrier's terms of service and acceptable use policies
- Provide accurate shipping information (addresses, package dimensions, weights)
- Not submit fraudulent or fictitious shipping requests
- Not abuse rate calculation APIs with excessive or unnecessary requests
- Not use the Service to compare rates without legitimate shipping intent
- Not violate carrier-specific restrictions on prohibited items
5. E-Commerce Platform Integration Acceptable Use
When using e-commerce platform integrations (Shopify, NetSuite), you must:
- Have proper authorization to access and integrate with the e-commerce platform
- Comply with the e-commerce platform's terms of service and API usage policies
- Not access or process data you are not authorized to access
- Not exceed API rate limits or abuse integration features
- Protect customer data obtained through integrations
6. Account Security and Responsibilities

- Third-Party Compliance: Complying with the terms of service of all third-party services you integrate with
- Data Protection: Protecting customer data and personal information you process through the Service
- Backup: Maintaining your own backups of critical business data and configurations
8. Enforcement and Consequences of Violations
We take violations of this AUP seriously. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Monitor your use of the Service for compliance
- Review your account activity, data, and configurations
- Cooperate with law enforcement and government authorities

No Refund: Termination for AUP violations is immediate and without refund. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from termination for AUP violations.
9. Indemnification
You Agree to Indemnify Us: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeliverX IT LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your shipping activities and business operations
- Claims by third parties related to your use of the Service
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and the Terms of Service.
10. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user, please report it to us immediately.

Include: Description of the violation, user information (if known), date/time of violation, and any supporting evidence
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through an in-app notification.
Notice Period: We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes. The updated AUP will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and version number.
Continued Use: Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified AUP constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified AUP, you must discontinue use of the Service.
